ANA Intelligent Network (ANA IN) provides a shared environment where employees work together to address relevant business challenges. In a receding economic environment, activating a motivated employee community is a breakthrough in both culture transformation and business opportunity.

At the present stage of ANA IN's deployment employee involvement, creativity, collaborative problem solving, social learning and collective intelligence mobilization around relevant business concerns and challenges are the main drivers.
New ideas and perspectives flow and boost satisfaction and motivation when individuals have freedom of expression, think for themselves in their own unique ways and openly stand for their proposals, doubts and suggestions while actively engaged in a joint effort to achieve the best answers to shared problems and common goals, regardless of their current work status or expertise.
The first performance results under the present main drivers indicate a participative employee community that grew 99% when comparing to the previous status quo. This community now represents 45% of the total company's workforce comparing to the previous 0,7%. The number of ideas submitted also grew 98% when comparing to the previous status.
