Since its launch in 2007, the TurboTax Live Community has helped more than 10 million unique customers get free tax help.
Distributing Live Community across social media and advertising channels increased awareness and use of the free service. For example, the Live Community integration with Yahoo Answers resulted in a 58% higher engagement rate than other Internet locations, while a Super Bowl ad, TurboTron, was seen over 800 million times.
